We are seeking an experienced and passionate Internal Recruiter to act as a strategic Recruitment Consultant within our clients organisation, supporting our talent acquisition efforts across multiple high-end properties and corporate functions.About Us

The Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for both operational and corporate roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing insight and strategy to our recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key hospitality roles
- Elevate our employer brand through creative sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
- Maintain and optimise our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions
- Champion a luxury-level candidate experience aligned with our brand values
About You
- Proven experience in a recruitment consultant or internal recruitment role (hospitality or luxury sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and role requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Discreet, professional, and highly organised
- Experience with recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
