As Spa Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the spa and leisure club, including luxury treatment rooms, an infinity pool, modern gym, and tranquil relaxation zones.
You'll lead and develop a dedicated team, manage budgets and commercial strategy, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all guests.Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day spa and leisure operations
- Inspire, train, and support the team to deliver exceptional service
- Develop promotions, membership packages, and wellness offers
- Manage costs, stock, and departmental targets
- Work closely with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest journey
Requirements
- A proven background in spa or leisure management (preferably in a 4-star+ environment)
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving KPIs
- A natural leader with a passion for team engagement and service excellence
- Confident managing budgets, rosters, and supplier relationships
- A proactive, professional, and guest-focused approach
