This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the sales strategy for two outstanding properties, one of which is a flagship 5-star hotel.
The ideal Cluster Director of Sales will have strong experience across corporate and leisure markets, including key international segments such as the US travel market. This role is perfect for a senior sales professional ready to take ownership of revenue generation and lead a dynamic team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
As Cluster Director of Sales, you will design and execute the sales strategy across two luxury hotels in London.
Lead and manage a team of proactive and reactive sales professionals.
Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, leisure partners, and international agencies.
Work closely with marketing and revenue management teams to maximise ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cluster Director of Sales or Director of Sales within the luxury hotel sector is essential.
Proven success in driving sales across corporate, leisure, and international markets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent commercial awareness and experience working to performance targets.
Knowledge of revenue systems, CRMs, and sales reporting tools.
