Executive Head Chef - Luxury Wellness Retreat

Up to £60,000 + Benefits

We're recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary team at a prestigious countryside wellness retreat. You'll oversee multiple outlets including a main restaurant, café, and wellness dining. With a focus on balance, nutrition, and quality, the role is perfect for a chef who's passionate about wellness-led dining without compromising on flavour, creativity, or presentation.

The Offer:

The Role:

  • Lead and develop a strong kitchen brigade
  • Create seasonal, wellness-focused menus
  • Maintain excellent GP and kitchen controls
  • Ensure high levels of consistency and quality

You'll Need:

  • Experience as a Head or Executive Chef in a high-volume, quality-led environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Passion for health-led, innovative food
