We're working with a much-loved holiday park in Hampshire to recruit a talented Kitchen Manager for their busy on-site restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-run kitchen in a high-traffic, guest-focused environment with strong backing from an established hospitality group.

The Role:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations in a fast-paced single-outlet site
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Control stock, budgets, rotas, and kitchen efficiency
• Deliver great-tasting, consistent food with a focus on guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a similar environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about food, team culture, and delivering quality at volume
• Confident with compliance, allergens, and H&S requirements
