IMMEDIATE START
My client are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at this lovely bespoke hotel company, located in the beautiful county of Buckinghamshire. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings and takes pride in delivering a high-quality breakfast service to guests.
You must be able to work early shifts, starting as early as 5:00 AM, including weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present all breakfast dishes, whether buffet or à la carte, to a consistent and high standard.
Ensure all mise en place is completed before breakfast service begins.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift.
Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Monitor stock and inform senior chefs of any low items or ordering needs.
Ensure equipment and kitchen areas are cleaned down after service.
Support the wider kitchen team where necessary, including lunch prep after breakfast.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
Must be able and willing to work early shifts, typically starting from 5:00 AM.
Knowledge of food safety standards and allergen awareness.

Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
A strong work ethic and reliability.
Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum).
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours:
Early shift hours: Approximately 5:00 AM
Full-time or part-time contracts available.
Weekend and holiday work required on a rota basis.
