Hotel General Manager - Luxury Hotel
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a prestigious luxury hotel, renowned for its exceptional service, refined hospitality, and award-winning guest experience.
As Hotel General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of the property. You will inspire and lead a dedicated team, maintain the highest standards across all departments, and deliver outstanding results across guest satisfaction, staff performance, and financial targets.
Key responsibilities of the Hotel General Manager include:
Full operational and commercial responsibility for the hotel
Driving service excellence across front of house, F&B, rooms, and spa
Leading, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing team
Ensuring strong financial performance and cost control
Upholding brand values and exceptional guest experiences
To succeed as Hotel General Manager, you will bring:
Proven leadership in a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel environment
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management
