We are thrilled to be working with a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Bath, currently undergoing an exciting restructure and repositioning of its food & beverage offering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to take the lead in the hotel's vibrant brasserie-style restaurant, delivering exceptional dishes in line with a company-led menu.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team within a modern brasserie environment.
- Execute a company-led menu to the highest standard, while adding flair and creativity.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen management including stock control, GP management, and health & safety compliance.
- Work closely with senior management to drive the food offering as part of the exciting new restructure.
- Maintain a positive, professional and motivating kitchen culture.
- Manage budgets, GP% and labour effectively
