What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing day-to-day front office operations (Reception and Nights).
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a motivated team.
* Creating rotas, setting team objectives, and tracking KPIs.
* Working cross-departmentally to maximise occupancy and promote hotel services.
* Resolving guest and staff issues confidently and professionally.
* Ensuring staff are well-informed about hotel offerings and local attractions.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4-star hotel ideally part of a Hotel Group.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Calm under pressure, with a hands-on approach.
* Opera PMS experience is desired but not essential if you have used other PMS.
* Flexible with working hours - early and late shifts, 5 out of 7 days.
* Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about hospitality.
