Location: Private Members' Club, Mayfair, London
Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Contract: Permanent

Our client is an exclusive and discreet private members' club in the heart of Mayfair, known for its exceptional service, elegant atmosphere, and high-profile clientele. We are seeking a professional Weekend Night Porter to join their overnight team and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Role Overview:
As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure running of the club during night hours. This includes assisting members and guests, maintaining the club's presentation, and providing a calm, welcoming presence throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, discreet welcome to members and their guests arriving late
Maintain cleanliness and order of all front-of-house and common areas overnight
Conduct regular security checks and monitor CCTV systems
Assist with setting up or breaking down rooms or lounges for morning service
Support the kitchen or bar team with basic overnight duties as needed
Handle light maintenance requests and report issues to management
Prepare and deliver morning papers, amenities, or in-room requests if applicable
Maintain detailed handover notes for day staff
Ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or private members' club setting/hotels
Strong interpersonal skills and calm, professional demeanour
Excellent spoken and written English
Immaculate personal presentation
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Trustworthy and discreet with a high level of integrity
Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable:
Familiarity with Mayfair clientele and expectations
Basic maintenance or handyman experience
Knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures
First Aid or SIA certification
