Are you a hands-on Food & Beverage professional with the drive to lead operations in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment? We are seeking an experienced and operationally focused Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious deluxe property renowned for its multiple outlets, exceptional guest experience, and high standards of service.
The Food and Beverage Managers package
- A basic salary of circa £60'000 negotiable

The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of a diverse and dynamic F&B operation, including multiple restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities. This is a role for an operator first and foremost - someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and ensures consistency across all outlets.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a large, multi-outlet F&B team to deliver seamless service.
- Driving operational standards, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
- Working closely with senior leadership to implement strategy, yet staying visible and hands-on in daily operations.
- Overseeing budgets, cost control, and stock management while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Supporting recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a culture of excellence.
About You
- Proven track record in luxury or high-volume hotel food & beverage management.
- Highly operational, with a natural presence on the floor and a "lead from the front" style.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and mentor large teams.
- Passionate about hospitality, standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.
