What we're looking for:
- A proven Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous ready to step up
- Strong background in fresh food, premium dining or gastro-led concepts
- Creativity, passion and flair for seasonal and innovative cooking
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience with budgets, GP and kitchen management
