Role : Conference & Banqueting Manager - 4-star Hotel - STC
Location : Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire
Salary : £32,000 per year
Our client who is an established 4-star hotel that provides a variety of conferences, weddings & social events throughout the year, is looking for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager for a short-term contract for 4 months.
The Conference and Banqueting Manager would oversee, manage and operationally deliver a variety of events across the calendar year; ensuring that the very highest levels of customer satisfaction are always maintained.
The Essential Skills:- You must have recent experience in running Conference & Banqueting, Weddings and Events operations.
- Must have strong leadership skills & the ability to develop a small team
- Be flexible in dealing with work demands & changing priorities
- Possess a proven track record in providing top-class customer service
- Be proactive & work under your own initiative
- Possess a good commercial awareness
- Possess a positive can-do attitude and be passionate about the hospitality industry
- Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & stock control
