Hotel General Manager
Are you an experienced hotel leader ready to take the reins of a successful property, backed by the support of a wider hotel organisation? We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a well-established hotel, driving both operational excellence and commercial success.
The Hotel General Manager package.
- A basic salary of £65'000
- 15% bonus scheme based on EBITDA

The Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the hotel - from delivering exceptional guest experiences to maximising revenue and profitability. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of service while maintaining operational efficiency. Supported by a wider hotel group, you'll have access to central functions such as revenue management, sales, finance, and HR, allowing you to focus on strong leadership, strategic direction, and guest satisfaction.

The General Manager Candidate The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader such as hotel manager or senior operations manager within the mid-market sector.
- Background working within a hotel management company or group structure with access to centralised support functions.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
