Food & Beverage Manager - Country Club & Golf Resort
Location: Durham
A prestigious Country Club with golf and leisure facilities is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, events, and golf hospitality.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
Oversee daily F&B operations across dining, leisure, and golf outlets.
Deliver excellent service standards and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team.
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
Ensure smooth delivery of functions, banqueting, and events.
The Candidate
Previous Food & Beverage Manager experience in hotels, resorts, or clubs.
Strong leadership, service delivery, and people management skills.
Commercial awareness with proven ability to achieve results.
Passion for hospitality with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
