We're working with a premium lifestyle hotel in the heart of Exeter as they prepare to launch an exciting new multi-cuisine restaurant concept.
This is a rare opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join the team ahead of the opening of this vibrant, open-plan kitchen restaurant - designed to offer guests a unique, theatrical dining experience in a relaxed and modern setting.

What we're looking for:
- A passionate and driven Sous Chef with experience in quality fresh food kitchens
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, able to deputise in the Head Chef's absence
- Confident working in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment
- A genuine enthusiasm for flavour, global cuisine, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Proven experience managing kitchen teams, food hygiene, and health & safety procedures
