As Executive Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen operation, creating and delivering a clear culinary vision while ensuring your team are motivated, engaged, and consistently producing dishes of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a brigade, developing a positive culture that drives success and growth.

• Manage all financial aspects including budgets, cost control, and profitability.
• Maintain outstanding food quality and presentation in line with the property's ethos.
• Ensure exceptional standards of hygiene, compliance, and safety across the kitchen.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
