Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with the drive to raise standards, inspire teams, and shape a positive culture? We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious, high-volume hotel set in the heart of Scotland's breathtaking landscapes.
About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse range of outlets within the hotel - from quality dining experiences and relaxed bars to busy banqueting and events operations. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, ensuring exceptional guest service, and delivering operational excellence across all areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire the F&B team to deliver consistently high standards.
- Drive a positive change in culture, focusing on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Implement and monitor service standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to develop innovative menus, promotions, and events.
- Control budgets, manage stock, and maximise profitability across all outlets.

- Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage Manager role within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
