A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join a luxury hotel in London. This is a key role for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in hospitality and is passionate about driving profitability, efficiency, and growth.

The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Analyse and optimise P&L performance across the business.

• Partner with department heads to provide financial insight and strategic support.

• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Implement and monitor financial controls, compliance, and audit processes.

• Support investment decisions, business cases, and cost monitoring.

• Oversee cash flow, credit management, and financial reporting.

• Drive continuous improvement within the finance team and wider operations.

The Candidate

We're looking for someone who can bring both technical expertise and commercial acumen:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

• At least 2 years' experience in a finance role, ideally within hospitality.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, P&L analysis, and budgeting.

• Proficient in SAP, PMS systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
