Location: Central London
Salary: £70,000 plus bonuses / benefitsA rare opportunity for an ambitious and creative Executive Head Chef to lead the kitchens of a prestigious hotel in the heart of London.
The Role
Lead and inspire a large kitchen brigade across multiple outlets.
Create innovative menus for fine dining, banqueting, and in-room dining.
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Manage budgets, GP targets, and supplier relationships with strong commercial focus.
Collaborate with senior management to elevate the hotel's F&B reputation.
The Candidate
Experienced Executive or Senior Head Chef in luxury hotels or high-end venues.
Proven creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate large teams.
Commercially astute with solid financial management skills.
