JWR is delighted to be working with a leading luxury hospitality group to recruit an experienced Golf Membership Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused professional to take ownership of the golf membership function, managing day-to-day operations, membership sales, renewals, and delivering exceptional experiences for members.Package

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of golf membership including sales, renewals, administration, and debt management.
- Act as the main point of contact for golf members, ensuring outstanding levels of communication and customer service.
- Plan, organise, and deliver an annual calendar of golf competitions, events, and inter-club matches.
- Manage corporate memberships including tee-time bookings and administration of named individuals.
- Support budgeting processes and provide sales actions to ensure annual revenue targets are achieved.
- Lead membership committee meetings, produce accurate reports, and manage member feedback.
- Develop membership marketing materials and communications, including newsletters, welcome packs, and promotional content.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with members, colleagues, and industry bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and promote a culture of professionalism and service excellence.
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver multiple events and activities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong member relationships.
