As Front of House Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day guest experience, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail throughout.
You'll manage and motivate a small, dedicated front of house team, supporting a clientele that expects the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front of house and guest services teams
• Ensure an exceptional and personal guest experience across all touch-points
• Oversee daily operations, including arrivals, departures, and concierge support
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Activities and Estate Operations to maintain smooth communication
• Uphold brand standards and drive continuous improvement in service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or private members environment
• Naturally warm, professional, and confident in guest interaction
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent organisational abilities with a hands-on approach
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
