Your role
* Lead the relaunch and set the standard for service and member experience
* Grow memberships with fresh, creative sales & marketing initiatives
* Build a motivating environment where wellness and results come first
* Ensure compliance and pool plant safety standards are always met
* Collaborate with the wider hotel team and support as Duty Manager when required

What we're looking for
* Proven management experience in a Health Club, Spa, or Leisure facility (hotel/resort experience a bonus)
* Pool Plant certification (or willingness to gain it)
* A natural people-leader who thrives on motivating others
* Commercial acumen and confidence with budgets, costs, and rotas
* A genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing
