Salary: Circa £35,000 + up to 10% bonus

Be the face of a prestigious international 4-star hotel in Derby, leading a talented Front Office team at the heart of the guest experience. With 100+ rooms and extensive meeting & event facilities, this exciting opportunity is perfect for a confident Front Office Manager (or ambitious Assistant Front Office Manager ready to step up) who thrives on team leadership and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:
* FO Manager or Assistant experience in a 4-star branded hotel.
* Strong PMS knowledge (Opera or similar).
* Hands-on, people-focused leader with excellent communication skills.
* Flexible for varied shifts including weekends.
