We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury private members club in Central London for an experienced Restaurant Manager. This exclusive club offers an elegant and refined dining experience with a focus on quality over quantity and exceptional guest service.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant operation, leading your team to deliver a flawless dining experience for members and their guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the daily operation of the restaurant with a strong focus on service excellence.

• Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team.

• Delivering a highly personalised and guest-focused service.

• Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management to uphold the club's exceptional standards.

• Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful, you must already be in a Restaurant Manager position within a luxury hospitality food & beverage environment.

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or private members club.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• A genuine passion for five-star guest service and attention to detail.

• Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills.

• A commitment to quality-driven operations rather than high-volume service.

Benefits & Package

• Salary: £42,000 per annum

• Service Charge: Approx. £300 per month

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (weekends off!)
