What you'll be doing:

As Head Housekeeper, you'll oversee the full housekeeping operation - rooms, public spaces, and all the admin behind the scenes.
You'll manage a team of around 30 people across early and late shifts, ensuring top-quality standards and quick turnarounds, especially during busy business periods.

You'll also:
* Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results
* Manage budgets, stock, rotas and ordering
* Oversee deep-clean projects and maintenance coordination
* Work closely with the senior team to keep things smooth and spotless

About you:

* Currently a Head Housekeeper or Deputy in a large, branded 4-star hotel
* Confident leading high-volume housekeeping operations
* Calm under pressure, naturally organised and great with people
* Always looking for smarter, better ways to get things done
