An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and forward-thinking Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a prestigious luxury resort in Cyprus. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic chef with a strong background in high-end hotel dining and a passion for Mediterranean and Asian-inspired cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all culinary operations across multiple outlets, including the main kitchen, pastry, and stewarding departments.
• Drive innovation in menu development, creating exceptional dining experiences that celebrate fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse kitchen team, creating a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
• Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all areas.
• Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and procurement efficiently while ensuring cost control without compromising quality.
• Support off-site events when required and ensure all guest requests, including dietary needs, are handled with care and precision.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align the culinary direction with the property's overall brand and guest experience.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef within a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong expertise in Mediterranean and Asian gastronomy, with up-to-date knowledge of global culinary trends.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Creative flair in menu design and an eye for detail in presentation and execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Formal culinary training from a recognised institution preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing kitchen budgets and cost control.
