The Role
- Lead and motivate a talented spa team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Curate personalised wellness journeys across fitness, spa, and holistic health.
- Drive spa memberships, sales, and revenue growth through engagement and innovation.
- Oversee daily spa operations, team training, and compliance standards.
- Plan exclusive events, retreats, and workshops to enhance member well-being.
- Analyse guest feedback and market trends to continuously elevate the spa experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in luxury spa or health club management.
- Strong understanding of holistic wellness and guest care.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Financially savvy, with experience managing budgets and performance.
- Professional qualifications in wellness, fitness, or spa therapy are a plus.
