JWR is excited to be recruiting for an outstanding Visitor Attractions Operations Manager to lead guest-facing operations at one of Somerset's most beautiful and inspiring destinations.

- Salary from £51,000 + bonus.
- 40-hour week (includes weekends when required).

The role
- Lead and inspire teams (approx. 40 staff).
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring venues are safe, compliant, and welcoming.
- Manage budgets, membership performance, and commercial opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with events, F&B, and marketing teams to create seamless experiences.
- Champion health, safety, and training across all visitor-facing teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing visitor attractions, hospitality, or leisure operations.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Passion for people, heritage, and delivering world-class service.
- Confident handling budgets, rotas, and performance data.
- Calm, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
