- Excellent leadership skills with a calm mature approach.

- Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.

- Dedicated and excellent team player with strong coaching mentality.
- Outstanding Pastry Chef experience at 2/3 AA Rosette level.
- Aware of current food trends & styles
- Knowledge of modern pastry techniques.
As Head Pastry Chef, you should demonstrate a track record of success in upscale fine dining environments, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and be up to date with current food trends and styles.
You will be working closely with the highly regarded Executive Head Chef, creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, while using individual flare and ambition.
