Restaurant Manager

Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a high-volume, high-quality environment? Our client, a prestigious hotel renowned for its award-winning restaurant and exceptional service standards, is seeking a dynamic and driven Restaurant Manager to lead their front-of-house team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the region's most acclaimed dining destinations. The restaurant is extremely busy, serving a high number of covers daily while maintaining impeccable standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

  • A basic salary commensurate with the role Circa £45'000 negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and motivate a large front-of-house team to consistently deliver excellence.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management team to uphold the restaurant's reputation for quality and innovation.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for reservations, staffing, and service delivery.
  • Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control and outstanding guest experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-end, busy establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to the highest standards of service.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
