Sous Chef required for a leading modern British restaurant in Marylebone, Central London.

The Role
Assisting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen management and service
Contributing to the creation of a seasonal, ingredients lead menu
Ensuring consistency, precision, and high standards across all dishes
Working with top-quality ingredients and a small number of covers focused on quality over quantity

Lunch service Monday to Friday and Sundays
Dinner service only on Fridays & Saturdays

About You
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a modern British fine dining environment
