Your Role
* Lead the relaunch and set the standard for service, results, and member experience.
* Develop creative sales and marketing initiatives to grow memberships.
* Build a motivating, results-driven team culture.
* Ensure compliance with pool plant and safety standards.
* Work closely with the wider hotel team and support as Duty Manager when required.

What We're Looking For
* Proven management experience in a Health Club, Spa, or Leisure facility (hotel/resort experience a bonus).
* Pool Plant certification (or willingness to gain).
* Natural people-leader who motivates and inspires teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing budgets, costs, and rotas.
* Genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
