About the Role
As Spa Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a talented team of therapists and spa hosts
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and personalised service
• Deliver high standards across spa operations, cleanliness and safety
• Manage spa memberships, guest engagement and retention
• Oversee stock control, spa promotions and event participation
• Conduct regular health & safety checks and contractor coordination
• Carry out treatments and duty management responsibilities as required
