The Essential Skills Executive Head Chef:
- We require a highly talented chef that can deliver exceptional food quality.
- A people person, an Executive Head Chef that thrives on the development of their team.
- You will need to be a Head Chef that enjoys the cut and thrust of a busy service with numerous events/ covers being delivered at the same time. As comfortable on the pass as on the stove.
- An innovate individual who has a strong understanding of food trends.
- You will have worked in large four- or five-star hotels in the UK or within large contract catering venues, with annual food revenues of Circa £3 to 4million
As Executive Chef for this multi-outlet, prestigious independent school you will be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest level. You will be adept at managing a large diverse facility with extensive M&E serving in excess of 1000 + covers daily, utilising the finest seasonal & local produce available.
