Lead the Front Desk That Never Stands Still
Join one of Derby's busiest 4-star hotels - just minutes from the airport - and bring your leadership to the fast lane. You'll head up a buzzing Front Office and Nights team, keeping service slick, smiles genuine, and guests coming back.
What You'll Do- Run day-to-day Front Office operations with energy and precision.
- Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Revenue to maximise results.
- Handle VIPs, guest feedback, and the occasional curveball with calm professionalism.
What You'll Bring- Experience as a Front Office Manager (or ambitious Assistant FOM) in a 4-star branded or airport hotel.
- Confident with Opera PMS and all things guest service.
- Hands-on, people-focused, and cool under pressure.
- Flexible for shifts across a 7-day operation.
UK right to work required (no sponsorship).
