An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and commercially focused General Manager to lead a stunning luxury boutique hotel in one of North Wales' most breathtaking locations.
This beautiful property has built a reputation for elegant dining, luxurious accommodation, and warm, intuitive service. We are seeking a passionate hospitality leader with a hands-on approach, strong commercial and financial acumen, and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences every day.
The Role
Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.
Drive performance across all departments with a focus on quality, consistency, and profitability.
Maintain and build upon the hotel's excellent reputation for fine dining and boutique luxury.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the property and exceptional attention to detail.
Actively contribute to financial performance, cost control, and strategic business planning.
Work collaboratively with the wider group leadership team to achieve operational and commercial goals.
About You
Experienced General Manager or Hotel Manager ready to step up within the luxury / boutique / country house sector.
Strong commercial and financial understanding with proven results.
Passion for great food, fine service, and memorable guest experiences.
Naturally hands-on leader who thrives in an operational, not office-based, environment.
Excellent communicator with genuine warmth, energy, and presence on the floor.
Knowledge of the UK independent / country house hotel market is essential.
