We're looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to take a leading role within this elegant property, supporting the Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily operations across a mix of luxurious room types and public spaces.

About You

* You'll be a polished professional with experience gained in a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort, ideally with a background in high-end or boutique environments. You will:
* Have a meticulous eye for detail, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
* Be a motivational leader, confident managing large and diverse teams (up to 50 people), including outsourced staff.
* Take pride in training, coaching, and developing your team, ensuring every guest experience reflects genuine luxury.
* Bring a warm and approachable personality, able to build trust and rapport with colleagues and guests alike.
