ROLE: Operations Manager - 4-Star Resort Hotel
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: Circa £40,000 per year
Step into a key leadership role within one of Warwickshire's leading 4-star resort hotels, offering an impressive mix of guest accommodation, multiple dining outlets and extensive leisure facilities. The property is known for its high standards and exceptional guest experience - they are now seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to help drive the next stage of their success.
About the role
Working closely with a hands-on, highly involved General Manager, you'll be expected to lead from the front, support all departments and maintain exceptional operational standards. This is a role for a true operator -not a clock-watcher -who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible with hours and can confidently work mixed shifts depending on business needs.
You'll be a visible presence across the hotel, jumping into service where needed, making quick decisions, and keeping the team motivated and focused. With a strong base in 4-star hotel operations, especially Food & Beverage, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, consistent delivery across the resort.
What We're Looking For
* A proactive, self-starting leader with high energy and a hands-on approach.
* Someone who can think on their feet, act decisively and stay calm under pressure.
* Experience in a 4-star hotel environment, ideally as a current Food & Beverage Manager seeking their first step into multi-department operations.
* Proven experience supporting or leading a hotel rebrand or transition, ensuring a smooth journey for guests and staff.
* A confident operator who thrives in a collaborative, guest-focused environment and is not afraid to take bold, well-judged risks.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to move into a broader operational role with clear progression and the chance to make a real impact.
In line with UK employment law, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction and be able to work in the Warwickshire area.
