Salary: Starting salary £32,000 + Benefits (Negotiable for the Right Candidate)

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the relaunch, ensuring the club delivers an outstanding member experience from day one
• Managing day-to-day operations across fitness, wellness, membership sales and guest service
• Inspiring, developing and supporting your team to deliver consistently high standards
• Driving commercial performance through membership growth, retention and service quality
• Maintaining safety, compliance and operational excellence across all leisure areas
• Supporting wider hotel operations as Duty Manager when required

What We're Looking For

• Management experience within a Health Club, Leisure Centre, Spa or Fitness environment
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
• Strong understanding of membership sales, guest experience and operational standards
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, rotas and revenue opportunities
• A genuine passion for fitness, wellbeing and delivering exceptional hospitality
