* Strong experience as a Front Office Manager or senior Reception leader in a 4-star or high-volume hotel (independent or branded).
* Confident knowledge of Opera PMS.
* A hands-on, visible leadership style - leading from the lobby, not behind a desk.
* Passion for coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
