This role suits a hands-on manager with strong experience in front office, housekeeping and day-to-day hotel operations.
The Role
Lead the smooth running of front office, housekeeping and guest services
Maintain excellent standards across rooms, cleanliness and guest experience
Manage staffing levels, training, performance and team development
Ensure building safety, security and compliance at all times
Resolve guest issues quickly, ensuring high review scores and repeat business
Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Hotel Manager or senior Rooms Leader in a hotel or aparthotel
Strong operational background in rooms, front office and housekeeping
A hands-on, visible manager who leads from the front
Commercial awareness and confidence managing KPIs and costs
Excellent communication skills and a natural passion for guest service
Organised, calm and capable of managing a fast-paced environment
