An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile luxury resort featuring multiple restaurants and bars, extensive leisure and spa facilities, and a strong events offering. This is a flagship leadership role for a commercially driven, hands-on operator.
The Role
Full P&L responsibility for the entire resort operation
Leadership of large teams across rooms, multi-outlet F&B, leisure, spa and activities
Drive exceptional guest experience and consistently high standards
Oversee high-volume trading across restaurants, bars and leisure facilities
Deliver strong commercial performance through revenue growth and cost control
Lead, inspire and develop senior management and department heads
Act as the face of the resort with owners, guests, partners and the local community
The Ideal Candidate
Proven General Manager or Resort Manager experience in a large hotel or resort
Strong background in multi-outlet F&B and leisure-led operations
Highly commercial with a track record of delivering revenue and profit
Inspirational leader with experience managing large, diverse teams
A visible, hands-on operator with exceptional guest focus
Confident managing fast-paced, high-volume operations
