The Role
You will have full ownership of the hotel's performance, guest experience and team culture. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless luxury journey for every guest, while driving strong commercial results across bedrooms, food & beverage, weddings and private events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the overall operation of the hotel
- Driving exceptional guest experience and 5-star service standards
- Overseeing a refined, high-quality food and beverage operation
- Maximising revenue from weddings, events and exclusive-use stays
- Inspiring, coaching and developing a high-performing leadership team
- Managing budgets, forecasting, margins and overall profitability
- Acting as the public face of the hotel within the local market
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager within luxury hospitality
- Strong background in fine dining, premium food & beverage and events
- Commercially confident with excellent financial awareness
- Naturally guest-focused with exceptional attention to detail
- A visible, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Polished, articulate and confident in a guest-facing environment
