General Manager - Luxury Multi-Outlet Hospitality, Cumbria
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead a luxury, multi-faceted hospitality business in Cumbria, featuring multiple premium food and beverage outlets and destination-led experiences.
You will have full responsibility for performance, standards and team leadership, driving commercial results while delivering an outstanding guest journey.
The Role
Lead all multi-outlet F&B operations
Drive revenue, margins and overall profitability
Inspire and develop large management and front-line teams
Maintain the highest service and compliance standards
Act as senior figurehead for the business
The Candidate
Proven GM experience within luxury or premium multi-outlet hospitality
Strong commercial and financial awareness
