Well-Established Hotel GroupAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Manager to take charge of a large, modern 100+ bedroom aparthotel in Edinburgh, operating as part of a successful and growing hotel group. This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on leader with a strong background in rooms operations, guest experience and team leadership.
The Role
You will have full day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of the aparthotel, with key focus on:
Leadership of front office, housekeeping and guest services
Driving exceptional guest experience and strong review scores
Managing budgeting, forecasting and operational cost controls
Recruiting, training and developing a high-performing team
Ensuring health, safety, security and brand compliance at all times
Working closely with Head Office and senior leadership
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager or senior Rooms Manager
Strong background in large bedroom-led hotels or aparthotels
Commercially aware with confidence managing KPIs and budgets
A visible, hands-on leader who leads from the front
Passionate about guest experience and standards
Organised, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
