This role is suited to a confident, people-led General Manager who thrives in complex, high-volume environments.

The Opportunity

This is a full-ownership role where you will shape the commercial strategy, lead from the front operationally, and build a culture focused on service excellence, profitability and team engagement. You will oversee a diverse operation encompassing accommodation, multiple restaurants and bars, leisure facilities, activity spaces and supporting departments.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Setting the overall direction and performance strategy for the resort

• Leading and mentoring a senior leadership team across all departments

• Driving occupancy, F&B revenue and leisure yield

• Maintaining exceptional standards in service, safety and compliance

• Creating memorable guest journeys and outstanding team culture

• Acting as the key figurehead for owners, partners and the wider community

Who We're Looking For

• A proven Resort GM or large-property General Manager

• Extensive experience in multi-outlet F&B and leisure-focused environments

• Highly commercial with a natural ability to grow revenue

• Strong people leader with experience managing large teams

• Hands-on, energetic and highly visible on the operation

• Calm, structured and commercially disciplined
