What we're looking for:

  • A proven Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous ready to step up
  • Strong background in fresh food, premium dining or gastro-led concepts
  • Creativity, passion and flair for seasonal and innovative cooking
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience with budgets, GP and kitchen management

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a highly regarded, independently owned gastro-led venue in the Honiton area. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a thriving business known for quality, consistency, and a loyal local following.
