As part of a brand-new concept launch, we're seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a modern British brasserie with a high-end, contemporary feel.

- A hands-on, driven chef who thrives during openings and relaunch periods
The Role:
As Head Chef, you'll take the lead in developing a modern British brasserie menu, championing quality produce, bold flavours and refined simplicity. You'll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional standards, smooth service and a culture of excellence.
