ROLE: Cluster Rooms Revenue Manager
LOCATION: Near Preston, Lancashire
SALARY: Circa £38 -40,000 per year including hybrid workingEmployee benefits include:

We are in search of a "CLUSTER ROOMS REVENUE MANAGER" who will be responsible for driving and implementing pricing and distribution strategies to achieve optimal revenue, across all of the Hotels in the company. The primary goal is to secure positive movement in market share performance, with a focus on driving revenue from corporate and long-stay business.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the rooms strategy for multiple hotels in the group.
* Manage hotel rates and distribution strategy.
* Support the hotel General Managers and the commercial team to maximise profitability and deliver the group revenue strategy.
We are seeking a candidate who possesses:
* Recent Managerial experience as a Cluster Revenue or Rooms Revenue Manager
* Familiarity with forecasting, reporting and preferably knowledgeable of IDeaS or similar PMS
* Experience in pricing, budgets, pace and performance. This includes competencies related to channel mix management to yield the highest level of RevPAR.
* You'll need exceptional communication abilities, be organised and resilient, and thrive under pressure, with flexibility to travel to hotels and brand meetings when required.
